Boarding Facilities
We provide 24 hour care and security for the pets boarding with us, utilising sensors and monitoring devices throughout the facility. The Owner / Managers are onsite 24 hours a day. Our staff are professional and dedicated to the wellbeing of your pet. While your pets are in our care they will receive lots of attention, be fed with Nutro Choice super premium dog and cat foods (unless other arrangements are made) and entertained by 24 hour piped music. We are very happy to discuss any special requests you may have.
Dogs have daily access to our grassed exercise yards. Their kennels have outside areas to play and inside areas to sleep. The trampoline style beds are comfortable and hygienic. All dogs staying are given a Hydrobath on entry for a small fee, and dogs staying 5 days or more will be given a complimentary Hydrobath prior to going home.
Cats have spacious and comfortable individual pens. All bedding and food is provided (with the exception of special vet diets). For multiple cat families, we also have larger facilities that will accommodate up to 4 cats from the same home who like to share and stay together.
Pickup and Delivery Service
Pickup and delivery service is available to and from all Brisbane suburbs (Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm). Prices are available on request. Your pets will be transported safely in one of our modern, air-conditioned transport vans. Our driver will contact you the afternoon before pick up to arrange a time to collect your pets.
Pet Transport Service
Brisbane Pet Motel is closely associated with Jetpets Animal Transport. We can help transport your pets interstate or overseas for your piece of mind. If you are travelling with your pet within Australia we can also help out by providing Hire pet transport crates, or if you prefer, we have a range of airline approved travel crates for sale.
